Detail Itinerary

Day 1: Colombo

You will be picked up from a central location in Colombo or from Bandaranaike International Airport by your driver and tour escort and transferred to the hotel for rest.

After refreshing, proceed for sightseeing in Colombo. Visit landmarks such as the Colombo Clock Tower, Pettah Market, and a Hindu-Buddhist temple. You will also see the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall — a landmark gifted to Sri Lanka by the People’s Republic of China.

Later, enjoy a walk at the famous Galle Face Green promenade, where you can observe the daily life of locals. Overnight in Colombo.

After breakfast, drive to Sigiriya. En route, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple and the Golden Temple. The Dambulla Cave Temple, also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the central part of Sri Lanka.

Upon arrival in Sigiriya, check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, climb approximately 1,200 steps to the top of Sigiriya Rock Fortress. There are several platforms along the way where you can rest and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Later, participate in a popular village tour, where you will experience an ox-cart ride, a traditional catamaran safari, and a cooking demonstration of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine, followed by a delicious village lunch.

Next, travel to Kandy, a city famous for its sacred Buddhist site, the Temple of the Tooth. En route, stop at a spice garden to learn about Sri Lankan spices, herbs, and traditional medicines.

The Temple of the Tooth is located within the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of Kandy and houses the sacred relic of the tooth of the Buddha. Later, enjoy a vibrant cultural dance show. Overnight in Kandy.

After breakfast, visit the Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya. Then travel up to the mountains to the picturesque town of Nuwara Eliya, famous for its lush green tea plantations and scenic beauty.

En route, visit the beautiful Ramboda Falls. In Nuwara Eliya, explore a renowned tea factory where you will have the opportunity to learn about tea production and purchase high-quality tea.

Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, drive to Yala National Park. On the way, you will have an opportunity to stop in Ella and later visit the beautiful Ravana Falls.

Continue your journey to Yala National Park, where you will enjoy an exciting safari adventure. It’s an experience of epic proportions that brings you up close to the untamed world of wildlife. Whether you are a nature lover or visiting a wildlife park for the first time, this journey will leave you with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for nature.

After breakfast, travel to the city of Galle. En route, visit Coconut Tree Hill, a turtle hatchery, and observe the traditional stilt fishermen.

In Galle, explore landmarks such as the Dutch Reformed Church, the historic English church, and the Galle Lighthouse.

Later, relax on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka. Overnight at the hotel.

After hotel check-out, you will be transferred to Bandaranaike International Airport to board your flight to the heavenly Maldives.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel via a 30-minute speedboat ride from Malé to Maafushi Island. This beautiful island features a stunning private beach and is nestled within a crystal-clear turquoise lagoon.

Stay at your hotel and enjoy a relaxing day on the beach. Take advantage of the exciting optional activities offered, such as jet skiing, kayaking, snorkeling with sharks, and swimming with whale sharks.

After breakfast, experience a perfect tour to explore local island lifestyles along with an amazing snorkeling adventure.

Begin at the Coral Garden, where you can snorkel among stunning table corals and vibrant marine life filled with colorful fish. Continue to the Anantara Reef, where you may spot reef sharks and a variety of tropical fish.

Visit the beautiful Gulhi Island and enjoy a BBQ-style picnic lunch on its pristine beach. Capture memorable moments at the famous Love Swing set in the sea.

Later, head to Guraidhoo Island to explore the local island lifestyle and experience traditional Maldivian snacks known as Hedika.

The trip includes complimentary underwater photography and videography, a picnic lunch with fruits and soft drinks, snorkeling gear, life jackets, beach towels, and bottled water.

Overnight in Maafushi Island.

Visit the beautiful Fulidhoo Island, where you can take an island tour and see giant stingrays near the shore. Continue your adventure by snorkeling in areas where you may encounter playful dolphins, while our photographer captures your special moments.

Relax at a natural sandbank, a stunning stretch of white sand surrounded by turquoise waters, where you will enjoy a delicious picnic lunch.

Overnight in Maafushi Island.

Stay at your hotel and enjoy a relaxing day on the beach. Take advantage of the amazing optional activities offered by the hotel, such as jet skiing, kayaking, snorkeling with sharks, and swimming with whale sharks.

After breakfast, you will check out from your hotel and be transferred to Velana International Airport by shared speedboat in time for your flight.

Please note: Airport transfer times are based on the speedboat schedule from Maafushi Island to Malé Airport.

A private speedboat transfer can be arranged for late evening or early morning departures at an additional cost of USD 170.
